Nothing short of awesome. I limped in at 4:30pm, on election day because my high/low shifter valve went out. Naturally they had no one there to look at it. Billy came in the next morning an hour early to take a look at it, he tried but ultimately they had to order parts. After lunch the parts arrived and they got me in and Tony got the issue repaired. Price was very fair, and everyone who works there is nice, down to earth and makes you feel like an old friend. My partner agrees and she hates all shops... lol

Great service! Provided various options to get our issue sorted out. I like it! Truck got back on the road within one day.

I must let my appreciation be known. My soot levels were high and throwing the code for 25% derate. Couldn't get anyone to come out from Savannah to Brunswick Georgia. Called around 11am looking for service and I'm located in the Savannah area. Thanks to Sylvia and Nate for coming out late evening and at least buying me some time until I get new filters installed.

Shop is awesome! I was brought in on hook at 130 am. At 830am I was filling out paperwork and by 915 they diagnosed my truck. Ordered parts and will be on the road tomorrow. Sylvia was super nice and offered me a ride to my hotel, but ultimately, Tony was going to lunch and brought me. Next time I will call them if I’m in the area, and need a tow

After getting a flat tire near Yemassee, my company made a call to Tommie's Mobile Diesel Repair. They had a technician to me within an hour. They had me back on the road sooner than I was expecting and did great work!

Fast response. Knowledgeable and friendly. Was towed in a timely manner and repair was made quickly and properly. Definitely recommend.

Our Cascadia threw a belt while heading up 95 to Spartanburg, pulled up emergency truck service's on our GPS and found Tommies boy are we glad we did. They sent out Billy, he accessed the situation saw that we needed a new tensioner pulley and 2 new belts, counting time to drive to shop to get parts Billy had us back up and running in 1.5 hours. Billy you get 10 stars!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. A warning light came on in our motorhome as we pulled into town for the night. Called one place in the morning and they told us they were scheduling 3 weeks out. Called Tommie’s and they told us to come right over. Billy came out to the parking lot, saw it was a quick fix, got a few tools to do the job and sent us on our way. What extraordinary service!!

I got myself stuck in some mud last week in Beaufort SC while working. Tommy really came through and saved the day. I thought I'd be out there in the cold all night, but with Sylvia working the phone, being the awesome facilitator she is, and Tommy working his way to me, I was back rolling in no time. Great, speedy, customer service and very well experienced technician. I'd recommend their services to anyone.

I broke down on I-95 lost all air pressure. Devin was my technician and he came out and went above and beyond all expectations. Even refilled the air system 4 times to get me to the shop and fixed my truck after hours . I literally can't brag on these people enough. Very professional, very courteous. Devin has a bright future. I don't know what he makes but that man needs a raise ! I was very impressed and look forward to doing business with this company in the future

Tommie’s was a blessing to us last night. When having car trouble while on I-95, we had to pull off onto a dark and desolate exit. Hours away from home we weren’t sure who to call. Tommie’s tow truck just so happen to be getting off the exit and was so nice to stop and ask if we needed help. He was on a job, but he gave us a number to call. Sylvia was so nice to talk to, then kept in touch though text messages on the ETA of another tow truck. In just an hour, my family of five were safely in a tow truck! The driver told us a good hotel in the area and then got us there! He took our car back with him and in the morning took our car to an automotive shop! Afterwards they came back to the hotel for us to run our card and get our receipt. All of this for a fair price!! Definitely couldn’t recommend them more! When you are in need.. call Tommie’s!!

Devin got me going in less than 45 minutes from the time i broke down at SC 33 mile marker on 95 south. Best service I've ever had. He had everything he needed with him to get me going again

One star for pricing, five stars for service and amenities. You’re going to pay double or triple than your regular mechanic and they quote by the job as if Johnny that can’t tie his own shoes that just got out of mechanic school did it..and not by the actual time worked.

Technician Devin came out and got me back up and going off of the side of I95 north bond with in 1 hour of calling he replaced the air valve and had it in stock on the truck also had a very big variety of parts for breakdown on truck ..Thanks Tommie’s will use again
